We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season (May-October). We're currently accepting bookings for 2026, and our calendar fills up quickly. Book by March 31, 2026, to take advantage of our early bird discount and save 15%!
We offer a full deposit refund if you cancel over 30 days before your event. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that plans can change, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your booking.

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking and reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before your event. We'll provide you with all payment details and schedules when you confirm your booking.
We primarily serve Saskatchewan, including Regina, Regina Beach, Saskatoon, Moose Jaw, Yorkton, and White City. We also provide extended coverage to Regina and Saskatoon surrounding areas and other Saskatchewan cities. We're willing to travel outside our standard service area with an additional travel fee.
Our service includes professional bartenders, complete mobile bar setup, disposable cupware, napkins and straws, sodas and juices, specialty cocktail ingredients, bartender toolkit, fresh garnishings, premium ice (2 pounds per person), and full setup and teardown. You don't have to worry about anything!

We have a 4-hour minimum service time to ensure we can properly set up, serve your guests, and clean up. Most events benefit from longer service times, and we're happy to accommodate extended hours based on your needs.

We offer three tiers: Platinum (premium cocktails, classic mixes, multiple mocktails), Gold (classic mixes, one signature mocktail - our most popular), and Silver (highballs, beer & wines, basic service). All packages include professional bartenders and essential supplies.

Our mobile bar trailer is 20 feet long and 8 feet wide. We need a setup space of approximately 25 x 15 feet with ground-level access preferred. We're completely self-contained with our own generator, water, and waste systems, so no external connections are required.
Yes! We provide full-service setup and teardown. Our team arrives early to set up the bar, equipment, and all supplies. After your event, we handle complete cleanup and removal. You don't need to worry about anything - just enjoy your celebration!

No! Our mobile bar is completely self-contained. We have our own generator for power, fresh water tank (40 gallons), and waste water tank (40 gallons). This means we can set up virtually anywhere without needing connections to utilities.
